Our Process
Smoking Our Rinds: We start by curing our pork rinds and cracklins with delicious hardwood smoke, giving them a rich and distinctive flavor you’ll love.
Rendering: Next, we carefully remove any excess oil from the pork skins. This way, our pellets are just right for frying to perfection!
Sorting: Each pellet is meticulously graded by size, ensuring you get the ideal cut for your snacking pleasure.
Frying, Seasoning, & Packaging: Finally, we fry those pellets until they’re perfectly crispy, season them just right, and package them carefully to keep their amazing flavor and texture intact.
