Country Cured Pork Side meat is made from a fresh pork belly that’s salt cured and aged for flavor before it’s packaged. We sell our pork side meat as a mini slab or sliced for your convenience. It doesn’t take the place of bacon, but it’s our country cured attempt. Find both options vacuum packaged at your local retailer.
