Ingredients

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½  cup applesauce
  • 1 T. dry mustard
  • ¼ tsp. all spice
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ⅛ tsp. ground cloves
  • ⅛ tsp. sage powder
  • 4-6 Hobe’s Country Ham slices

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for the ham slices to create the glaze. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  • Lay out the ham slices on a cutting board and begin to brush each side with the glaze. Spread evenly on slices; do not over-glaze. Some glaze might be left over.
  • Transfer the glazed ham slices onto a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 7 minutes. After that time, flip all of the ham slices and cook for another 7 minutes.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let ham slices cool for 5 minutes before serving.
