Assembly Notes

Assemble all ingredients first to be sure nothing is left off the serving board. Use the picture as a guide for arranging.

Serve the palmetto cheese, mozzarella balls, fig jam, and gherkins in bowls with spoons or forks to make them easily used by guests.

Serving the harder cheeses sliced helps to avoid any unnecessary cutting by guests, but serve the brie whole and with a small cheese knife to keep it as fresh as possible.

Organize the board to what is aesthetically pleasing, but reasonably functional.
